This Privacy Policy explains what personal information AudioLabs collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.

Information We Collect

We collect personal details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up to the client portal, submit a contact form, or subscribe to our newsletter. For active projects, we also store project files — including stems, revisions, and delivery audio — via Supabase. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe; AudioLabs does not store your full card number.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver our services, communicate updates about your project, process payments, and send newsletter content if you've subscribed.

Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted third-party services: Supabase for hosting, authentication, and file storage; Stripe for payment processing; and Google, for displaying reviews and, where enabled, site analytics.

Confidentiality

Unreleased material and project files are handled securely and kept strictly confidential — they're never shared beyond what's needed to deliver your project.

Accessing or Deleting Your Data

You can request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting ben@audiolabs.com.au.
